The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Jackson is accepting applications for the position of a Patient Care Technology/Medical Assisting Instructor. This program will be held on the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Jackson - Lexington Extension Campus.
This is a grant funded position and there is no guarantee of continuation after one year.

Required Qualifications
Must hold current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Tennessee. A minimum of three (3) years classroom teaching experience OR an occupational teaching license is required.
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year of long-term care experience (as a Certified Nursing Assistant [CNA] or LPN/RN) preferred.
Responsibilities
Works under the direction of the Director of Practical Nursing and Allied Health. Must have high standard of personal and professional ethics with a sincere interest in teaching. Must indicate a willingness to remain current in the nursing field.
